Become the leader the moment demands.

Grounded leadership for the weight of scale.

You’ve mastered the climb to get here.

Now,
let’s master the art of finding your ground—so you can hold the weight of success without losing yourself, and lead with enough kindness to stay human and enough toughness to keep building.

You’re holding it all together, but few understand what that actually takes. You’ve reached an inflection point where the skills that got you here—the grit, the constant execution, the shipping—aren't the ones that will carry you through this next transition.

Where you’re headed requires a version of you that hasn't emerged yet. You need a partner who sees the real stakes, challenges the patterns you can’t, and walks with you through the transformation. Someone steady, grounded, and in it with you. That’s where I come in.

I’m Diana Langston. I partner with product builders and women in tech to architect a leadership style that finally feels like yours. By rooting your growth in radical presence and the data of your own natural strengths, I help you find your footing and quiet the noise—so you can lead forward with a clear head and a steady, formidable intention.

REFLECT BOLDLY.
LEAD INTENTIONALLY.

"From the early-stage build to the hypergrowth scale-up, I've navigated 20+ years of technological revolutions and personal pivots. These aren't just names on a resume—they are the proving grounds where I didn't just build lovable products; I learned how to find my ground and scale myself up while everything else was accelerating at a breakneck pace. This is where I mastered what the Japanese call Taizen—presence of mind amidst chaos—the calm required to lead exactly as the moment demands.”

what I do

I coach builders as the stakes get higher.

Grounded. Clear. Intentional.

In a world racing toward AI automation, your humanity is your edge. Your discernment, empathy, presence, and imagination are uniquely yours—they are the authentic building blocks for the transformation that will set you apart.

I know that at this altitude, you don’t need someone to tell you what to do. You need a creative thinktank partner and a steady sounding board who sees the patterns you can’t. I help you quiet the noise and find your ground so you can decide what this next chapter actually requires of you.

I’m in the arena with:

  • The Founder building a product org from scratch.

  • The Leader betting on themselves for the first time.

  • The Director owning double the scope without a playbook.

  • The VP leading leaders where the politics got louder and the product got harder to protect.

  • The PM transitioning from "shipping" to "people leadership," or navigating complex challenges.

  • The Woman in Tech across orgs and levels, ready to claim her narrative and rise boldly into her next chapter.

I am especially drawn to the underestimated. If you’ve spent your career navigating rooms that weren’t built for you, I’m here to help you stop performing and start owning your space. I believe your "difference" is not a deficit—it is the very thing that makes your leadership uncopyable.

I partner with you to anchor into your own power and lead from the truth of who you are—so you can meet this moment on your own terms.

know ME

I’ve sat in your seat. Now, I’m in your corner.

I am an executive coach, a builder, and a creative at heart. Over 20+ years, I’ve navigated technological revolutions and high-stakes transitions inside the industry’s most intense innovation labs—Amazon, Box, and Iterable. I know what it’s like to reinvent yourself, take a bet on a new organization, manage the friction of politics, and genuinely embrace the weight of people leadership.

I’ve seen the impact of the work: scaling through hypergrowth and driving over $200M in ARR growth. But what I’m most proud of is the people. I built a product organization from zero to ten and kept 100% of my team for five years. They didn’t stay because they were stuck; they stayed because they were growing.

My approach is unique:

  • The Anthropologist: My background in cultural anthropology taught me to see the human patterns and organizational dynamics that performance metrics miss.

  • The Coach: As a UC Berkeley-certified executive coach, I practice a non-directive approach that trusts your inner wisdom.

  • The Practitioner: My philosophy is rooted in Taizen—finding a grounding presence of mind amidst the chaos—and I lean into CliftonStrengths® to help you understand the talent DNA that gives you energy rather than depleting it.

The Truth: You cannot lead well if you aren't taking care of yourself. I’m here to help you see the real blocker—not just the noise—so you can get grounded, get clear, and prioritize the future you actually want to build.

  • Diana brings deep strategic thinking and isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves. She's an exceptional partner to design, with strong UX instincts and product intuition, and she helped develop clear product principles that aligned the team on how we solve customer needs. Diana is tenacious, thoughtful, and deeply kind — she knows how to drive meaningful change while bringing warmth, humor, and energy to every collaboration.

—Christian Reuter, Senior Director of Design

  • "Diana's strongest quality is her ability to rally stakeholders across the org around a common goal or outcome. She doesn't back down, and handles push back with grace. Even under tight timelines, she pushes people toward the goal to achieve the best outcomes we can, whatever the circumstances."

    —Former Peer Executive Leader

  • "I appreciate that Diana consistently takes a very unbiased and apolitical approach towards product management. It goes without saying that she manages one of the more difficult parts of the Iterable machine today, but even in the face of challenges with reduced bandwidth, conflicting noise, and ongoing escalations, she isn't afraid to say the quiet part out loud. I've personally seen her step up and respectfully challenge previously held assumptions and champion the development of products with real impact."

    —Former Peer Executive

  • "Diana is the ultimate coach - extremely supportive, both in providing trust and having your back, but also in pointing out areas of opportunity, things that you might have missed."

    —Former Direct Report

  • "Diana provides a strong voice during conversations around product strategy and the initiatives that we need for success. She is excellent at pushing the main dialog forward and tabling action items that won't be solved in that moment. She also actively empowers members on her team to have their point of view represented. She will also offer strong feedback to make sure their points have the best chance for success."

    —Former Direct Report

  • "“I can trust Diana in wanting what is right and the willingness to collaborate and create a win-win outcome”

    —Former Xfunc Executive Leader
